Refund Policy - the basics

No refunds, transfers, gift cards, or credits will be issued for cancellations once your order is placed. We cannot provide refunds for consumable goods due to external factors or events beyond our control due to the fact that when you order a dessert, supplies are purchased and labor is allotted.

Refunds are only granted if we fail to deliver and/or make your dessert on the contracted date/time. Our liability is limited to the total value of the specific dessert.
