Refund Policies In-Store and Delivery: Once an order is placed, via our website or through a third party, we are unable to issue refunds.
For store pickups, items not collected will not be eligible for refunds.
Shipping: 📦 We acknowledge that shipping issues may arise with your local shipping carrier, including delays due to weather conditions or carrier errors. Once your product is shipped and we provide you a tracking number, it's your responsibility to track your package. We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. It's best to speak to your local post office or the mailman who delivered it.
